“If I could (si pudiera) go to the party I would (lo haría).”
Or
I could (podría ir) go to the party if I would (si quisiera?)
Is it needed to say (Do I need to say) “I could go to the party if I would MIND IT/CARE ABOUT (IT)/LIKE” (adding a subject)

I hope you understand what I’m trying to ask…

Snorkelling – diving using a snorkel, which is a breathing tube
